Refund Policy

At LifeSync Surgicals, we supply surgical and medical products to healthcare professionals, institutions, and authorized buyers. Due to the nature of medical and surgical supplies, our refund and return policy is subject to strict conditions to ensure safety, compliance, and quality.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

 

  • The product supplied is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The product does not match the approved order or invoice

  • The issue is reported within 7 (seven) days of delivery

 

All return requests must be submitted in writing with supporting evidence (photos and invoice reference).

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

 

  • Sterile or disposable surgical items once delivered

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with

  • Special-order or customized items

  • Products improperly stored or handled after delivery

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned goods

  • Refunds may be processed as:

     

    • Replacement of goods, or

    • Credit note, or

    • Monetary refund (at management discretion)

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval

4. Return Conditions

Returned items must:

 

  • Be unused and in original packaging

  • Include all accessories and documentation

  • Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase

 

The Buyer is responsible for safe return of goods unless the error was caused by the Supplier.

Once goods have been delivered and accepted, risk passes to the Buyer.
